Thank you for buying your gown with Wild in White Studio, we are very grateful for having you as our customer!
Prior to purchasing products from Wild in White Ltd, it is important that you read and understand the following terms and conditions associated with the sale of these goods.
1. The order shall be accepted entirely at our discretion and shall constitute a legally binding contract between us and you and such contract is hereafter referred to in these terms and conditions as the order. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall prejudice any condition or warranty express or implied or any legal remedy to which we may be entitled in relation to the goods/ and or the work the subject of this order.
2. We kindly ask that a full balance is payable when an order is taken. Monies are not refundable or transferable to other orders (Sale of Goods Act 1979). Balances cannot be transferred to other products or services.
3. We are unable to provide refunds on any part of the order and in case of cancellation, a full payment must still be made for all ordered items. The order will not be placed with the designer and the gown will not go into production until a full payment has been received.
4. Unless a Made to Measure service have been chosen and paid for, all product(s) are supplied in a standard size. Measurements are taken as a guide to ascertain the standard size and not made to measure. Each measurement taken can have up to a 2cm tolerance either way.
5. All fabrics comprise of natural fibres. The weaving of the fabric may therefore contain variations and irregularities that are characteristics of fine silk yarn. These in no way should be constituted as a defect nor should Wild in White Ltd be held at fault.
6. Alteration costs are in addition to the cost of the product(s) We can recommend a seamstress for any alterations. We do not accept any liability for any alterations, or damage caused during alterations completed by an external company.
7. Wild in White will be pleased to assist you in the choice of design, style and colour of your product(s). However, Wild in White Ltd accepts no responsibility in respect of such matters, nor for any problems of additional costs that result in your change of instruction or due to your change in weight subsequent to the date of the order.
8. We are not responsible for any delays out of our control.
9. Delivery of your product will be between 16 – 20 weeks. We will notify you of any changes and contact you once it arrives here at Wild in White Ltd.
10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and in the event of any dispute the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. These terms will need to be signed prior to ordering your dress with us (Wild in White Ltd).
